With more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant and technology industries, Dave has deftly steered Mirus through its formative years as well as into its current growth phase. Prior to joining Mirus in 2000, Dave delivered more than $500 million in large-scale information services contracts for IBM Global Services. In addition, he previously served as the vice president for information services for the now Dunkin' Brands, where he managed the information strategies and policies of more than 5,000 Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts locations. Dave holds a B.S. in Business Administration and MBA from Northeastern University.

Marc is passionate about helping hospitality and food professionals unleash sales opportunities and uncover buried profit.  He combines the skill sets of the fictional movie character Indiana Jones with TV’s Olivia Pope (Scandal) which is why he likes to call himself a “business archaeologist who fixes difficult situations”.

Currently, he leads business development and consulting services for MLB Advisory Group – his own firm. Most recently, Marc served in executive roles with Table Talk Pies, New England Coffee and Uno’s Chicago Grill. Earlier in his career, Marc held operational and marketing roles for foodservice brands such as Applebee’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, and O’Charley’s Restaurants. 

Marc received an MBA from Babson College and is a graduate of the hospitality and food management program at Cornell University. In addition, Marc is a former big brother and board member with Jewish Big Brothers & Sisters of Greater Boston and supports many local organizations. Marc lives in Natick, MA with his wife Nancy and two children. He is a 2x Mirus user … originally with Uno’s and now with Proof of the Pudding.

As the Principal Consultant at Tavola Consulting, Melissa partners with an array of national restaurant brands as they navigate the implementation, training, and rollout of new systems.  She brings a nuanced perspective and energy to projects stemming from a diverse career with roles on both the vendor and restaurant sides of the industry.  Companies including Benihana, Portillo’s, and Sprinkles Cupcakes have trusted Melissa to guide their teams through implementing robust reporting solutions leveraging their Mirus data warehouse.  She resides in southern California where she enjoys year-round golf, Stand Up Paddleboard, e-bike rides to the beach, and craft beer.

Kadiata, or "Jet," is the new Manager of Integrations at Mirus. In this role, she serves as the liaison between clients and internal teams, translating client goals into actionable projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Jet brings a wealth of experience to her new position, having previously excelled as both an Account Manager and an Integrations Specialist at Mirus. Before joining the company in 2017, she built her leadership and operational skills in the restaurant industry, serving as an Assistant General Manager at multiple Los Cucos Mexican Cafes and as a Front-of-House Manager and Opening Team Trainer for Pappasito's Tex-Mex Restaurants in Austin and Houston, among other roles.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Since joining Mirus he has played a pivotal role in aligning our financial strategy with our long-term vision. As VP of Finance, he has immersed himself in every department, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, optimizing operations, and positioning Mirus for its next phase of growth. As president his focus is on creating clarity — for our clients, our teams, and the restaurant tech industry as a whole. This means refining product strategy, aligning our teams around shared core values, and fostering a culture that’s collaborative, curious, and always thinking forward.

Devin oversees the integration and management of systems, reporting, POS, menu online ordering, and reservations across a diverse and growing portfolio of restaurants. With 29 years of industry experience — including roles as General Manager, Regional Operations Leader, and now Systems Director — he brings a deep operational understanding to the technology side of restaurant management.
Since joining Flagship in 2008, he has led the successful implementation of major platforms including Compeat, Toast, Hotschedules, 7Shifts, iCIMS, and OpenTable. His work ensures that data and systems function seamlessly across all levels of the organization, empowering teams with the tools they need to drive profits, performance, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Delyth heads up the Quality Assurance team at Mirus.  With almost 10 years of experience at Mirus in an Account Management role and a liaison with the Development team, she brings a wide range of skills to the team.  In addition to testing the application and documenting, she plans and works on new features, organizes software builds, pitches new developmental ideas, and advocates clients’ requests for application improvements.  She helps ensure Mirus delivers quality to our clients.  Delyth graduated from Sam Houston State University and holds a BBA in Management Information Systems.

Meredith graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a minor in Hospitality Administration. Soon after graduation, she attended Nova Southeastern University where she earned her MBA in Finance. Meredith joined Benihana in 2014 as an IT System Support Analyst, and shortly thereafter transitioned to the Finance team where she took on the role of administrator and main report writer in Mirus for the organization. At the end of 2020, she joined Checkers & Rally’s as a Senior Financial Analyst and was promoted to Manager of FP&A in November 2021. In June of 2023, she joined the Krystal team as the Accounting Systems Manager where her emphasis is as the administrator and report writer in Mirus. On a personal note, Meredith has been married since 2018 and she has two beautiful children; ages 4 & 2. She is an avid college football fan; as well as enjoying all things book, film or tv related.

Dina oversees the Development and Quality Assurance teams at Mirus. Dina coaches and develops both teams as well as is hands on in day-to-day tasks to keep the Mirus products competitive and current.  Her teams work closely with the Account Management team to ensure clients’ requests are being met.   She has been with Mirus for over 20 years in many different capacities.  Dina earned her B.S in Management Information Systems at Nichols College.

Alan is responsible for servicing the daily needs of Mirus clients. He leads the account management team and is responsible for getting new clients up to speed as well as coordinating ongoing client projects and priorities with the operations and development teams. Since joining Mirus in 2004, Alan has spearheaded the development of the company’s library of best practices. Prior to coming to Mirus, Alan served as a manager with Chili’s Bar and Grill. He earned his B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston.

Jake brings over a decade of hospitality and information systems experience to Mirus. In his 7 years with Chiles Hospitality Group (now Beachside Hospitality), Jake served as both Information Systems Manager and Beverage Director. He vetted and implemented systems for point of sale, tip management, scheduling, and even Mirus! Before joining our team, he spent nearly 3 years as a Mirus client. Jake is a proud Florida Gator and spends his time going to bar trivia and playing soccer, pickleball, and basketball.

 Jason brings years of operational experience to Mirus having spent more than 28 years in the restaurant business, most recently as
General Manager for 10 years with Ruth’s Chris Steak House. He started washing dishes for his Kitchen Manager brother at 15, quickly making
the natural transition to the line, then management. Jason has worked across the food spectrum, from Mom and Pop shops to international fine dining restaurants. At home, Jason enjoys woodworking and camping with
his wife, four kids, and two dogs.

He currently leads strategic financial planning and integration initiatives at Pollo Tropical, where he specializes in data-driven decision-making, KPI development, and system automation. Previously, Enri worked at Benihana, where he gained recognition for his deep analytical insight and his leadership in streamlining reporting processes. With a strong background in Mirus, POS integrations, and performance analytics, Enri is passionate about bridging operational execution with financial intelligence. He is also the founder of Praxion Research, a trading think tank focused on algorithmic strategy development.

 Anna is the Accounts Team Lead at Mirus. She guides and develops Account Coordinators while also staying hands-on with day-to-day client needs. Anna collaborates closely with internal teams- including Operations, Development, and Integrations- to ensure clients receive the highest level of support and a great overall experience.

With over a decade at Mirus, Anna brings deep knowledge and dedication to her role. She completed her studies abroad and, in her free time, enjoys spending time with her family.

Leslie holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Texas in Austin.

He has developed deep expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, and internal controls, with a strong passion for the restaurant industry and a genuine love for food.

Currently serving as Vice President of Finance, Tony leads the finance team and plays a critical role in shaping financial strategy, delivering actionable business insights, and driving system sales growth. He is also focused on streamlining internal control processes to support scalable operations. Tony holds dual CPA qualifications in both China and California.
