Dave Bennett, President & CEO, Mirus
With more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant and technology industries, Dave has deftly steered Mirus through its formative years as well as into its current growth phase. Prior to joining Mirus in 2000, Dave delivered more than $500 million in large-scale information services contracts for IBM Global Services. In addition, he previously served as the vice president for information services for the now Dunkin’ Brands, where he managed the information strategies and policies of more than 5,000 Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts locations. Dave holds a B.S. in Business Administration and MBA from Northeastern University. |

Melissa Bowles, Restaurant Systems Consultant, Tavola Consulting As the Principal Consultant at Tavola Consulting, Melissa partners with an array of national restaurant brands as they navigate the implementation, training, and rollout of new systems. She brings a nuanced perspective and energy to projects stemming from a diverse career with roles on both the vendor and restaurant sides of the industry. Companies including Benihana, Portillo’s, and Sprinkles Cupcakes have trusted Melissa to guide their teams through implementing robust reporting solutions leveraging their Mirus data warehouse. She resides in southern California where she enjoys year-round golf, Stand Up Paddleboard, e-bike rides to the beach, and craft beer. |

Kadiata 'Jet' Diop, Integrations Specialist, Mirus
Kadiata or as her friends call her, "Jet", is the liaison between understanding what her clients would like to accomplish in Mirus and partnering with her colleagues to get these goals accomplished. Prior to joining the Mirus team in 2017, she served as a manager for Pappasito's Tex- Mex Restaurants in Austin & Houston, Benji's Restaurant in Austin, and Los Cucos Mexican Cafe in Houston. Jet holds a B.A. in Political Science at the University of Texas at Austin. |

Adrian Dragomir, VP Business Intelligence Systems, Krystal Restaurants Adrian is an accomplished leader with more than 15 years of experience promoting business growth opportunities while focusing on future business and customer intelligence. He has visionary expertise to rescue failing business relationships, transforming them into strategic alliances and loyal customers. Delyth Jones, Software Quality Assurance Analyst, Mirus
Delyth heads up the Quality Assurance team at Mirus. With almost 10 years of experience at Mirus in an Account Management role and a liaison with the Development team, she brings a wide range of skills to the team. In addition to testing the application and documenting, she plans and works on new features, organizes software builds, pitches new developmental ideas, and advocates clients’ requests for application improvements. She helps ensure Mirus delivers quality to our clients. Delyth graduated from Sam Houston State University and holds a BBA in Management Information Systems. |

Dominic Lloyd, FP&A Manager, Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group Dominic, manager of financial planning and analysis, is responsible for corporate finance reporting, budgeting, real estate analysis, and operations analytics across 21 locations. Prior to joining Ruby Slipper in 2019, Dominic worked as a sell-side analyst covering the exploration and production sector of the oil and gas industry. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a master’s in finance from Tulane University and lives in New Orleans with his wife, Gina, in addition to two cats, three snakes, and a tortoise. |

Priscilla Midani, Account Coordinator, Mirus As part of the Account Management team, Priscilla serves as a liaison between clients and Mirus, helping clients with training, reporting and projects. She has a deep rooted admiration for all things related to food and her career history has mirrored this sentiment. Priscilla has a background in BOH Operations. Before joining the Mirus team, she worked for a Natural Foods CPG company. She holds a BSCJ from Texas State University. |

Dina Misener, Manager of Application Development, Mirus
Dina oversees the Development and Quality Assurance teams at Mirus. Dina coaches and develops both teams as well as is hands on in day-to-day tasks to keep the Mirus products competitive and current. Her teams work closely with the Account Management team to ensure clients’ requests are being met. She has been with Mirus for over 20 years in many different capacities. Dina earned her B.S in Management Information Systems at Nichols College. |

Delaney O'Brien, Account Coordinator, Mirus Delaney maintains client relations, projects, and training for Mirus. She has worked in the restaurant industry for 16 years and worn multiple hats from Regional Trainer to Management. She worked as a leasing professional for Greystar for 3 years prior to joining Mirus in June of 2022. She is following in her family's footsteps and has volunteered as a Committee Member for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for 9 years. Her 10 year old black lab mix named himself Jaxson after the main character in the show Sons of Anarchy. |

Alan Panek, Vice President Client Services, Mirus
Alan is responsible for servicing the daily needs of Mirus clients. He leads the account management team and is responsible for getting new clients up to speed as well as coordinating ongoing client projects and priorities with the operations and development teams. Since joining Mirus in 2004, Alan has spearheaded the development of the company’s library of best practices. Prior to coming to Mirus, Alan served as a manager with Chili’s Bar and Grill. He earned his B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston. |

Lizzy Wright, Director of Analytics, Twin Peaks Restaurant Lizzy has been with Twin Peaks for five years and in the Restaurant Industry for the last 17 years. Lizzy started with Twin Peaks as a restaurant manager in their flag ship store and moved through the ranks into the Corporate Office. Lizzy is the Senior Manager of Operations and Analytics working hand in hand with Operations Leadership to help make a daily impact to the business. |
