Dave Bennett, President & CEO, Mirus
With more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant and technology industries, Dave has deftly steered Mirus through its formative years as well as into its current growth phase. Prior to joining Mirus in 2000, Dave delivered more than $500 million in large-scale information services contracts for IBM Global Services. In addition, he previously served as the vice president for information services for the now Dunkin’ Brands, where he managed the information strategies and policies of more than 5,000 Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts locations. Dave holds a B.S. in Business Administration and MBA from Northeastern University. |

Marc Bloomstein, Founder & CEO, MLB Advisory Group
Marc is passionate about helping hospitality and food professionals unleash sales opportunities and uncover buried profit. He combines the skill sets of the fictional movie character Indiana Jones with TV’s Olivia Pope (Scandal) which is why he likes to call himself a “business archaeologist who fixes difficult situations”. Currently, he leads business development and consulting services for MLB Advisory Group – his own firm. Most recently, Marc served in executive roles with Table Talk Pies, New England Coffee and Uno’s Chicago Grill. Earlier in his career, Marc held operational and marketing roles for foodservice brands such as Applebee’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, and O’Charley’s Restaurants. Marc received an MBA from Babson College and is a graduate of the hospitality and food management program at Cornell University. In addition, Marc is a former big brother and board member with Jewish Big Brothers & Sisters of Greater Boston and supports many local organizations. Marc lives in Natick, MA with his wife Nancy and two children. He is a 2x Mirus user … originally with Uno’s and now with Proof of the Pudding. |

J Goldin, Systems Director, Riot Hospitality Group J Goldin is deeply enthusiastic about creating meaningful connections between systems, data, and operations. A self-proclaimed "punk rock process nerd," J's lifelong passion for music and hospitality has guided his career through music retail and into the hospitality industry. In 2018, he transitioned from a vendor role to a full-time team member at Riot Hospitality. His role as Systems Director includes ownership of IT, Facilities, Business Processes, and Organizational Meta. Outside of launching restaurants and streamlining technology, J enjoys playing board games with friends and family.

Delyth Jones, Software Quality Assurance Analyst, Mirus
Delyth heads up the Quality Assurance team at Mirus. With almost 10 years of experience at Mirus in an Account Management role and a liaison with the Development team, she brings a wide range of skills to the team. In addition to testing the application and documenting, she plans and works on new features, organizes software builds, pitches new developmental ideas, and advocates clients’ requests for application improvements. She helps ensure Mirus delivers quality to our clients. Delyth graduated from Sam Houston State University and holds a BBA in Management Information Systems. |

Meredith Laurans, Accounting Systems Manager, Krystal Restaurants Meredith graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a minor in Hospitality Administration. Soon after graduation, she attended Nova Southeastern University where she earned her MBA in Finance. Meredith joined Benihana in 2014 as an IT System Support Analyst, and shortly thereafter transitioned to the Finance team where she took on the role of administrator and main report writer in Mirus for the organization. At the end of 2020, she joined Checkers & Rally’s as a Senior Financial Analyst and was promoted to Manager of FP&A in November 2021. In June of 2023, she joined the Krystal team as the Accounting Systems Manager where her emphasis is as the administrator and report writer in Mirus. On a personal note, Meredith has been married since 2018 and she has two beautiful children; ages 4 & 2. She is an avid college football fan; as well as enjoying all things book, film or tv related. |

Dina Misener, Manager of Application Development, Mirus
Dina oversees the Development and Quality Assurance teams at Mirus. Dina coaches and develops both teams as well as is hands on in day-to-day tasks to keep the Mirus products competitive and current. Her teams work closely with the Account Management team to ensure clients’ requests are being met. She has been with Mirus for over 20 years in many different capacities. Dina earned her B.S in Management Information Systems at Nichols College. |

Alan Panek, Vice President Client Services, Mirus
Alan is responsible for servicing the daily needs of Mirus clients. He leads the account management team and is responsible for getting new clients up to speed as well as coordinating ongoing client projects and priorities with the operations and development teams. Since joining Mirus in 2004, Alan has spearheaded the development of the company’s library of best practices. Prior to coming to Mirus, Alan served as a manager with Chili’s Bar and Grill. He earned his B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston. |

Leslie Thompson, Sales & Marketing Manager, Mirus
Leslie has been driving strategic marketing and sales initiatives at Mirus since 2012. She oversees marketing operations—including digital campaigns, website content, webinars, social media, and MCON—while also guiding prospects through the sales cycle, from initial outreach to signed agreement. Leslie holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Texas in Austin. |
Since 1999, Mirus has been used by Operations, Finance, Marketing, and IT.
