- The challenge01
Several POS systems produced check-level data in formats that were hard to analyse together, and ticket-time data came out in a form nobody could digest without manual workarounds.
- What Mirus does02
Mirus loads check-level and labor detail from each POS, inventory with recipe costs, and ticket times at check, item, kitchen station and expo level. The team runs operations, PMIX, LTO tracking, royalty billing and plate costing on it.
- The result03
Ticket times are matched to guest surveys, so a complaint can be checked against what actually happened. Adoption of pay-at-the-table is measured from usage rather than assumed.
“Mirus takes off my plate worrying about the data.”
