A warehouse of your own, not a seat in someone else's.
Every Mirus client gets a warehouse built for their estate: their feeds, their mappings, their history, their retention.
- Warehouse per client
- 1
- Transaction detail retained
- Up to 5 years
Estates are not the same shape.
A shared schema forces every client onto the same shape. Restaurant estates are not the same shape: the retail calendar differs, the store master differs, and the account mapping is specific to the general ledger you already run.
Mirus provisions one warehouse per client and maintains its structure as the estate changes. That is why a report written two years ago still runs, and why transaction detail is still queryable after a POS migration.
Four properties that do not change.
- One warehouse per client.
- Not a shared schema: your feeds, your mappings, your history.
- Any source, any format.
- POS, labor, inventory, loyalty, ordering, invoices and accounting.
- Years of detail.
- At least 12 months of transaction-level history from day one, building to five years.
- Yours to take.
- Export it, or take it with you. There is no fee to access it.
Three ways to get data in.
Installed behind your firewall, polls the source and pushes on a schedule.
Vendor or store drops a file; Mirus collects, validates and loads it.
Mirus calls the vendor API where one exists, on your credentials.
- Update frequency
- Updated several times an hour, wherever the source system allows.
- Time to post
- Usually posted within the hour

A scoped demo built on your POS, labor and accounting feeds: not a generic walkthrough.
