Dave Bennett, President and CEO. Mr. Bennett has led the company from its formative years through its growth phase. He brings over 30 years of experience in the restaurant and technology industries to the position. That experience has been instrumental in building the MIRUS brand around the highest levels of service, performance, reliability and flexibility. Prior to joining MIRUS, Mr. Bennett spent five years with IBM Global Services, where he led over $500M in large-scale information services contracts delivery. Mr. Bennett was previously the VP Information Services for Allied Domecq, Ltd.'s US (now Dunkin’ Brands) retailing brands where he managed the information strategies and policies for more than 5,000 Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts locations. Mr. Bennett holds a BS in Business Administration and MBA from Northeastern University.

Jeff Royal, Vice President of Operations, is responsible for the day to day operations of the data center and the implementation of new clients. Mr. Royal leads the Solution Operations team that includes Data Acquisition, ETL Development, and Data Center Operations. He manages the company’s investments in capacity, and maintains the strategy for scaling the infrastructure for future growth. Mr. Royal joined MIRUS in 2000 and has led the development of policies and procedures for daily operations. Prior to joining MIRUS, he served as Director of IT for a regional chain restaurant operator and was a Systems Engineer for a major restaurant solutions provider. Mr. Royal proudly served in the US Army during Desert Storm.

Alan Panek, Director of Account Management, is responsible for servicing the daily needs of our clients. Mr. Panek leads the Account Management team, who manage the implementation of new clients, and coordinates ongoing client projects and priorities with the operations and development teams. Mr. Panek joined MIRUS in 2004 and has led the development of our library of best practices. Prior to joining MIRUS, Mr. Panek was a manager with Chili’s Bar and Grill. Mr. Panek earned his BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston.

Dina Misener, Sr. Software Engineer, is responsible for the user interfaces our clients use to build reports, dashboards and alerts. Ms. Misener started working on MIRUS Intelligence in 1999 and has led the design and development of virtually all of the screens used within the product. Ms. Misener holds a BS in MIS from Nichols College.

Akkaiah Prathipati, Sr. Software Engineer, is responsible for the engine that drives MIRUS Intelligence. Mr. Prathipati started working on MIRUS Intelligence in 1999 and has led the design and development of the internal engine that powers the execution of all the reports, dashboards and alerts. Mr. Prathipati holds a Masters in Computer Applications from University of Madras.
