David Bennett, President since 2002 and CEO since 2007. Mr. Bennett has led the company from its formative years through its growth phase. He brings over 30 years of experience in the restaurant and technology industries to the position. That experience has been instrumental in building the MIRUS brand around the highest levels of service, performance, reliability and flexibility.
Prior to joining MIRUS, Mr. Bennett spent five years as a project executive with IBM Global Services, where he led over $500M in large-scale information services contracts delivery, and developed a business plan for the delivery of services using the emerging application service provider model. Mr. Bennett was previously the VP Information Services for Allied Domecq, Ltd.'s US retailing brands where he managed the information strategies and policies for more than 5,000 Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts locations.
Mr. Bennett holds a BS in Business Administration and MBA from Northeastern University. |

Jeff Royal, Vice President of Operations, is responsible for
the day to day operations of the data center and the implementation of new clients. Mr. Royal leads
the Solution Operations team that includes Data Acquisition, ETL Development, and Data Center Operations.
He manages the company’s investments in capacity, and maintains the strategy for scaling the infrastructure
for future growth. Mr. Royal joined MIRUS in 2000 and has served in several technical, development and
management positions. Prior to joining Mirus, he served as Director of IT for a regional chain restaurant
operator and was a Systems Engineer for a major restaurant solutions provider. Mr. Royal proudly served in
the US Army during Desert Storm. |

Arnold L. Hansmann, Chairman, is
a recently retired financial executive with more than 30 years of
international experience, mostly in the food service industry. Mr.
Hansmann was International Controller for McDonald's Corporation for
ten years, where he built the management systems to control the Company's
explosive growth. Most recently, he created a worldwide acquisitions
group that led to the purchase of Chipotle Mexican Grill in the U.S.
and Aroma Cafes in the U.K. Prior to McDonald's, Mr. Hansmann was
an Audit Partner with Arthur Young in Chicago. Mr. Hansmann is a CPA. |

Joost E. Tjaden, Director, is the
Managing Director of Janivo Holding B.V. Mr. Tjaden received an MBA
from the University of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, in 1974. Since
1976, he has been active in private equity and venture capital investing
primarily in Europe and in the United States. He is a member of the
Supervisory Board of Directors of several companies including Atex
Media Solutions, Inc. in Boston, MA, Quote Media Holding in Amsterdam,
the Netherlands and Tele Atlas N.V. in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. |

Brad Anderson, Research and Development, was founder of The Sankaty Group, Inc., the developer
of the MIRUS Intelligence product. Prior to The Sankaty Group, Mr.
Anderson was a Senior Analyst for Restaurant Revenue Management Systems,
Inc., a restaurant strategic pricing consulting firm with major clients
including McDonalds, Disney and Dairy Queen. Mr. Anderson has a BS
from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration. |

Bill Potts, Advisory Board Member, is
Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Ironman. Bill
was previously Vice President of Sales with Mirus and helped begin the
Mirus venture. Prior to Mirus, he was Vice President of Marketing
with Aai.Foster Grant where he was responsible for global rebuilding of
the Foster Grant brand. This included the launch of a successful campaign
featuring Cindy Crawford as well as licensing and co-branding with
Ironman, Revlon, Almay and Disney. Prior to Foster Grant, Mr. Potts was
employed in marketing positions with Ralston Foods and Exxon USA. Mr.
Potts has a BBA from the University of Texas and an MBA from Tulane.

John Cranor, Advisory Board Member,
is currently the Executive Director, Center of eWorld Education at
Bellarmine University. He has over 25 years experience in the food
service industry. His career includes serving as Chairman, President,
and CEO of Long John Silver's, Inc., President and CEO of KFC Corporation,
and President of Pepsi Cola East and Pepsi's Fountain Beverage Division.
Mr. Cranor has an MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business.

Steven B. Smith, Advisory Board
Member, is president of Brooksmith, Inc., an investment holding and
consulting firm. Mr. Smith has over 25 years in the food service industry
at The Orth Company, a bakery serving the chain restaurant industry,
and at the Pillsbury Company. |

Bob Mandes, Advisory Board
Member, is founder of the Mandes Group, an operator of Red Robin
restaurants. Mr. Mandes has over 20 years experience in the restaurant
industry, most recently as President of Steak & Ale Restaurants. |
